Hey All,

I have just been informed that both my roommates will be moving out and I will have 2 free rooms for rent out here in Somerville about 10 or 15 min (walking) away from Davis Square.

The biggest room in the apt will be available June 1st. With this one my roomy is moving out before the lease runs out, so you can treat this as a summer deal and move out at end of August, or choose to stay sign a lease through august 2010. The rent for this room is $430/mo

I'm not certain as to when the second room is opening up, but most likely it wont be free until Sept 1st. It is the second biggest room (and the warmest I'm told). You'd need to sign a lease for a year, and rent on this room is $400/mo

As for the rest of the apt stuff here is the breakdown,

- utilities are not included, and consist of Natural gas and electricity
- apt is incredibly spacious with big kitchen, dining room, living room, and outer hallway
- 2nd fl of a 3 fl building
- Hardwood floors
- 2 porch balconies (front and back), recently renovated.
- laundromat right across the street
- grocery store 2 blocks down,
- next door to a pizza place and an amazing Indian restaurant
- although it is 15 min walk to Davis, there are very frequent buses that pick up and drop off next to building that cut the travel to 5 min or less.

I'm sorry that I haven't updated in a while.  I've barely be able to keep my LJ updated, let alone keep Pat's updated!  But in super short summary, Pat graduated from Emerson this past semester!  (Yay!!)  He said that his plan was to go and work around Boston for a while so he could save up some money and then go to L.A. to really get into the industry.  Right now he's working for Asset Inventory again, so he's travelling around the world for fairly long amounts of time.  He's in Tuscon, AZ right now and had some super amazing sushi there!!  Afterwards, he'll have some time off, but then he'll be leaving for India for 3 weeks.  So yes, if you're around Boston and want to see Pat before he leaves for India, Thursday to whenever he leaves (nobody really knows when that is...) is when to do it!!

It looks like, even with the LA in the Summer, I'm gonna have to take a Fall semester as well, and I'm not sure what that means to my posibility of Walking with the rest of you '08ers, but im in the process of finding out.

I know i never post but i thought I would break my usual silence to share my terror with the rest of you.

As some of you know I am currently in Germany until the 8th.

This past weekend I went into Frankfurt to see the sites and such when i passed by something i had to pull a double take on.

3500 miles from home, walking through a bustling European city at night and what do I encounter:

Lots and Lots of Cosplayers..

They were all there for a christmas cosplay photo shoot. Apparently, even in Germany, cosplayers are still as rapid and showboaty as they are in the states.

I took their pictures and I soon as I was out of earshot, laughed incessantly at them.

Dear Livejournal,

Pat is going to Germany for 2 weeks. He will be eating lots of schnitzels and cake. He will also get wasted every night with lots and lots of German beer. I hope he doesn't come back with a huge tummy. (jk! ILU Pat!)

Pat also bought jeans (which look super awesome) and has been eating shrimp! It's amazing!!

Hey everyone,

This is probably only the third time ever i have posted to this thing, but i thought if anyone was interested in what i have been doing and what i will be doing this upcoming semester, than this is the best place to put that info.

So as many of you know I have been running a muck across the country (which may very soon turn into the world for me) being a scan monkey much like me esteemed roommate (for one more month), Matt Murphy. It's been pretty boring job, but as my last job was being a bank teller, I'd say this job has at least a bit more adventure in it. The only wish I have is that it provided me more free time to see all you lovely people, all of whom I miss dearly; All of you.

So whats happening to Pat next semester. Well, although i didn't get that crewing job i've told some of you about, I am still taking next semester off to work and possibly meet and work with the editor of the same film (wont know till labor day). However, before any of you go into Pat withdrawal depression (yeah...i think that highly of myself =P) although i wont be taking classes at Emerson, I will still be living it up in my good old pad where i hope i will see most of you on the weekends (if you aren't coming for me, I KNOW many of you will be visiting Melociraptor so I'll get you somehow >=).)

Anyways, so thats is the plan for me. Any questions? comments? concerns? or just wanna say hi? I havent talked to anyone in such a long time, I hope you all still remember me =(.

I'm sorry I have been doing a poor job updating! Last weekend, Pat attended Anime Boston and made a super-awesome Phoenix Wright! In fact, he was so good that lots of random girls were asking him for hugs! (Biased Vicky comment: grr...) He also made an amazingly wonderful lion!

Dear livejournal,

Seeing as Pat never updates this, I decided to tell you all about the ongoings in his life. Yesterday, he spent his time turning himself into a ninja. He was very successful seeing as he was shifty as the wind! He also had the honor of watching the glorious film Aliens in the Wild Wild West. It was amazing. Everyone should watch! That's all for now. Today hasn't been too eventful yet, but if something exciting comes up, I'll make sure you all will know!
